This is a OG mod! OG mods are made for old version of R2, you have to use old version of the game to install them! You can go to steam, install DX11 (on beta section) to do that.

This pack includes:

 Scruffy Leon and all versions of it. It replace Leon Casual. Switch to Casual outfit on outfit selection menu.Do not use ''normal'' outfits option.
