Simply copy rar to re2 folder in mod manager and install.
You will need Fluffy Quak’s mod manager to install it get it here!
This is a OG mod! OG mods are made for old version of R2, you have to use old version of the game to install them! You can go to steam, install DX11 (on beta section) to do that.
DO NOT upload my mod anywhere. DO NOT modify premium (paid) versions. YOU CAN modify my mods free versions but ask me permission always
